A History of Service

In 1942 in the small Northeast Texas town of Jefferson, Jack Ford opened "Jack Ford's Quality Cleaners."  This was the humble beginning of a family tradition of quality focused service.

Fifty years later his son, Bill Ford, opened Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The first Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning store was located in the Arboretum shopping center in South Charlotte.

Serving Greater Charlotte since 1992, Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning now operates 8 stores throughout Charlotte.
